Overview
How it works
Pears bruise faster than most fruit passing through a grading line, so speed has to be traded for gentler handling. This machine uses soft belts and rollers rather than a rigid bed, sorting fruit by size at a pace that still clears a full harvest without leaving marks that would drop it out of the top grade.

Built for reliable, everyday use.
FAQs
Common questions.
Why does pear grading need a different setup than apples or oranges?
Pears mark far more easily, so the belts and rollers here are softer than on a standard fruit line — a deliberate trade-off for fruit condition over raw speed.
How many operators does it need?
One or two people can run a full grading session, well under what hand-sorting the same volume would take.
Is it suitable for a small orchard operation, or only large packhouses?
It scales both ways — the same line works for a small orchard's seasonal harvest and a full packhouse's daily volume.
