Overview

How the Bucket Elevator works

Moving grain, seed, or produce from ground level up to storage is one of those jobs that eats labour hours without adding any value on its own. A bucket elevator solves it with a simple loop: small buckets fixed to a belt or chain lift material continuously, feeding it straight into silos or the next stage of processing without anyone carrying a single sack.

FAQs

Bucket Elevator FAQs.

What kinds of material can it lift?

Grain, seed, fruits, vegetables, and most other small-to-medium items that need moving from a lower level to a higher one.

Will delicate produce get damaged during the lift?

The bucket design is built to carry material without the rough handling that causes bruising or damage.

How high can it lift material?

Height is configured to your specific storage or processing setup. Let us know the requirement and we'll size it accordingly.

What's the difference between mild steel and imported GI?

Mild steel is the standard build and costs less. Imported GI resists rust better, which matters where material is damp or the shed stays humid. Both carry the same one year warranty.

How much throughput and power should we plan for?

It handles 1 to 10 tons an hour on a wheat basis, drawing 1 to 5 HP on a 3-phase, 440V supply depending on the lift height and volume you need.
