How the Gravity Destoner Machine works
Some stones and impurities end up exactly the same size as good grain, which means a sieve alone can't tell them apart. Only weight can. This machine stratifies material by density across an oscillating, air-fed deck, so heavier stones and lighter chaff both separate out even when nothing about their size gives them away.

How is this different from the standard Destoner Machine?
The standard destoner combines air, vibration, and screens; this one relies specifically on density stratification across an oscillating deck, which catches stones and impurities that are the same size as the grain, something screen-based separation alone can't do.
What crops is it best suited to?
Wheat, paddy, pulses, and seed crops where precise, density-based cleaning matters more than raw throughput.
Can the separation be tuned for different materials?
Yes, deck tilt and airflow are both adjustable, so the same machine can be set up differently for different crops and impurity types.
